The HR Dept was created with the small business leader in mind. We are sensitive to the basic fact that employee issues have a profound impact on the bottom line of a small business. We can help you manage that impact in your favor.


About Us   Our focus is on service to the small business employer. Although the association is on a part-time basis, our HR professionals become a part of the organizations they support. It is not uncommon for the client to refer to The HR Dept Associate as "OUR HR MANAGER." It is this ongoing association with management and employees that allows us to provide our tailored HR support: Service that is based on first hand knowledge of the organization, its employees and its goals.

The HR Dept limits the number of clients it assigns to each Associate. This allows them to remain focused on the issues that face their clients and prevents them from being spread too thin. This also allows for some degree of flexibility in the scheduling of support to meet the specific needs of the client.

Although most of our Associates have a Human Resources Generalist background, some have a specific functional area in which they have in-depth experience and knowledge. Other associates are able to tap this resource to complement their own knowledge and thereby leverage the support provided to the client.

The HR Dept becomes your HR Department.
